Dusty Hubbard Defensive Coordinator
Coach Dusty Hubbard is beginning his 5th year as a teacher/coach at Callaway High School. Coach Hubbard has spent the last four years as the defensive coordinator for the football team and is also the head baseball coach. Coach Hubbard graduated from the State University of West Georgia and earned his master’s degree from LaGrange College. Coach Hubbard started his coaching career as a graduate assistant baseball coach at West Georgia following his playing days. After one year at West Georgia, he moved to LaGrange College where he was the assistant head coach for four years with the panther’s baseball team. Coach Hubbard started his coaching career in the prep ranks at Villa Rica High School. While at Villa Rica, Hubbard was the quarterbacks coach for football and served as an assistant coach for the baseball team. After two years at VR, Hubbard joined the Callaway staff in 2004. Coach Hubbard teaches Exceptional Education Math at Callaway High School. He is married to the former Courtney Mucha of Douglasville, who is also employed by Troup County Schools as a teacher at Franklin Forrest in LaGrange, and they have one son, Bryson Michael. |
